1. WELCOME MESSAGE

We are delighted to welcome you to Surayay Namah Steel Tech Bharat Private Limited. As an organization committed to the renewable energy sector, we pride ourselves on our manufacturing precision and engineering excellence. We are confident that your contribution will be instrumental in our mission.

2. POSITION AND APPOINTMENT

You are hereby appointed as [Job Title]. Your employment will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this multi-page agreement. Your initial place of work will be our Manufacturing Unit/Office, though you may be transferred to other group sites as required.

3. CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

This offer is contingent upon:

• Satisfactory results from a background and reference check.
• Submission of a Medical Fitness Certificate confirming capability for industrial work.
• Verification of original educational and experience certificates.

4. EMPLOYMENT TYPE & PROBATION

You will be on a Probation Period of six (6) months. During this time, the company will assess your performance and cultural fit. The company reserves the right to terminate employment with 15 days' notice during this period.

5. LEAVE POLICY

Your leave entitlement is governed by the Factories Act / Shops & Establishment Act.

• Leaves must be applied for 7 days in advance via the HR portal.
• Casual/Sick leave must be supported by evidence if exceeding 2 days.
• Unauthorized absence for 3 consecutive days is treated as "Absconding" and will lead to automatic termination of the contract.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT & FACTORY DISCIPLINE

While on duty, you must adhere to the following:

• Safety First: Mandatory use of PPE (Helmets, Shoes, Gloves) on the shop floor. No exceptions.
• Zero Tolerance: Possession or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs on company premises is strictly prohibited and results in immediate dismissal.
• Integrity: Any act of theft, fraud, or damage to machinery due to gross negligence will lead to financial recovery and termination.

7. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

During your employment, you will have access to "Confidential Information," including solar structural designs, production blueprints, client lists, and pricing models. You shall not, during or after your employment, disclose this information to any third party. A breach of this clause will result in legal action under IP laws.

8. NON-COMPETE & NON-SOLICITATION

You agree that for a period of 12 months following your separation from the company, you will not:

• Join a direct competitor in a similar capacity.
• Solicit or attempt to hire any existing employees of the Surayay Namah Group.

9. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT

Post-confirmation, the notice period required from either party is 60 days or salary in lieu thereof. However, the Company may terminate your services without notice or pay in the following events:

• Gross misconduct or insubordination.
• Breach of Confidentiality/NDA.
• Criminal conviction or unethical behavior.
• Failure to meet performance standards after two written warnings.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
