Your employment shall commence with a mandatory probationary period of six (6) months. This duration is strategically designed to evaluate your professional adaptability, KPI fulfillment, and integration into the Surayay Namah work ethic. During this phase, your performance will be subject to periodic reviews by the management. Upon the successful completion of this period, your status as a confirmed employee will be formalized in writing. The company maintains the prerogative to extend this probation by three months should specific performance benchmarks require further observation or training.
In your capacity as an executive member of the team, you are tasked with the comprehensive oversight of project life-cycles, ensuring that all solar structural manufacturing adheres to the stringent quality protocols of SNSTB. You will be reporting to the Director of Operations or a designated senior officer. The nature of our business requires high agility; therefore, you may be reassigned to different project sites, subsidiaries, or associate companies within the Group, including relocation to any existing or future offices across India, as dictated by business necessity.
The standard operating hours of the Company are Monday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. However, given the complexities of the Solar EPC industry and manufacturing deadlines, you are expected to exhibit total flexibility. This may include extended hours, shift duties, or working on public holidays to ensure the seamless execution of high-priority production targets or site installations. No additional overtime remuneration is provided for executive positions unless specifically authorized. Punctual attendance via the biometric system is a mandatory prerequisite for salary processing.
To ensure optimal work-life harmony, you are entitled to a total of 32 days of leave per financial year, inclusive of Earned Leave, Casual Leave, and Sick Leave. These leaves must be pre-sanctioned through the formal HRMS portal at least seven days prior to the commencement of the leave period. Any unauthorized absence for more than three consecutive working days shall be construed as a breach of contract and voluntary abandonment of service, leading to immediate termination and the right for the company to claim liquidated damages equivalent to the notice period pay.
SNSTB maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding breaches of professional conduct. You are expected to uphold the highest standards of morality and corporate discipline. Prohibited acts include, but are not limited to: (a) Unauthorized removal of company data or assets; (b) Consumption of intoxicants on duty; (c) Any behavior that constitutes harassment or discrimination; (d) Engaging in external business interests that compete with the Group. Any such violation will result in summary dismissal without notice or pay in lieu thereof, and potential legal action to recover damages.
During your tenure, you will handle sensitive technical drawings, pricing models, and proprietary manufacturing algorithms for steel structures. You agree that all such information is the sole Intellectual Property of SNSTB. You are legally bound to maintain absolute confidentiality and shall not disclose or reproduce such data for personal or third-party gain, both during and after your tenure. All innovations or designs developed by you during work hours remain the exclusive property of the company.
